When you submit an enquiry through our website, your information is used solely to respond to your request and manage your enquiry.

Ticket waitlist

The Evergreen waitlist requires a first name, valid email address and valid WhatsApp number so we can send the Evergreen ticket and event updates you agree to receive. It uses our existing Mailchimp audience with Evergreen-specific tagging; waitlist signups are not commercial sales leads in Zoho CRM. Evergreen consent is not consent to unrelated Sprinkle & Sparkle marketing. Joining does not reserve or guarantee a ticket.

You can unsubscribe from email updates using the email unsubscribe link, and contact us to withdraw WhatsApp or other Evergreen communication consent. We do not send your name, email or WhatsApp number in website analytics events.

Vendor applications

Applications are submitted through the existing Google Form, not a duplicate website application. Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. uses the information provided to assess and manage applications, including suitability, guest experience, category mix and operational fit. Relevant authorised Evergreen team members may review it. Google processes platform information under its own terms and privacy policy. Vendor applications are not automatically added to Zoho CRM or marketing subscriptions.

Sponsors & brand partners

Partnership enquiries are stored as website enquiries, notified to our Partnerships and Evergreen teams, and handled through our existing Zoho CRM lead-management process. We use your submitted company and contact information to respond to and manage the commercial conversation, not to subscribe you to Mailchimp marketing.

Recruitment

Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. receives applicant information to assess employment suitability and manage recruitment. This may include contact details, a CV, qualifications, employment history and information voluntarily supplied in an application. Access is limited to relevant recruitment staff and authorised decision-makers. Where an external application platform such as Google Forms is used, that platform also processes information under its own privacy terms.

Applicant information is not used for general marketing. Recruitment records are retained for the recruitment process and justified legal or record-keeping needs, not indefinitely without a proper basis. Candidates can exercise the privacy rights below using our privacy contact.

Payments & accounting

Where used for an approved transaction, payment processors such as Paystack handle payment credentials. Relevant contact, billing, payment reference and transaction information may be used to accept payments, issue invoices or receipts, reconcile transactions and maintain accounting records, including through Zoho Books where used. Complete card details handled by an external payment processor are not collected through our enquiry forms.

Mailchimp manages newsletter subscriptions and Evergreen-specific waitlist communications.

Google Forms hosts the existing Evergreen vendor application and may host external recruitment applications where used.

WhatsApp / Meta

When you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or agree to Evergreen WhatsApp updates, the service processes messaging and account information under its own privacy terms.

Payments & accounting providers

Paystack and Zoho Books, where used, support approved payments, invoicing, reconciliation and accounting records.

Hosting & infrastructure

Website hosting, database, email delivery and infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare where applicable, support website operation, information storage, security and service communications.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand website performance and visitor behaviour.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel helps us understand the effectiveness of our advertising and improve future marketing campaigns.

We share information only as reasonably needed for the relevant service. Providers may act as processors on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own purposes; we do not control their independent privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.

Some technology and service providers may process or store personal information outside Nigeria. Where information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate steps required under applicable Nigerian data-protection law to ensure that the transfer has a recognised lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

Depending on the transfer, this may involve appropriate contractual protections and assessment of the recipient’s data-protection arrangements. You can contact us to ask about relevant safeguards. We do not represent that all data remains in Nigeria or that a particular destination has an NDPC adequacy decision.

We will consider requests under the applicable legal conditions and response requirements, and explain any lawful limitation that applies. You may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed. Information is available on the official NDPC website. You do not have to contact us first to exercise your right to complain to the Commission.

Our website is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above.

While some of our services are designed for celebrations involving children, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
