Terms & Conditions

Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. is a luxury concierge company specialising in:

• Luxury gifting
• Bespoke gifting
• Corporate gifting
• Event planning
• Event styling
• Experiential activations
• Festive styling
• Lifestyle concierge services

Every proposal we prepare is tailored specifically to your requirements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Quotations remain valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date they are issued.
• Prices may change after this period due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, logistics costs, material availability or other market conditions.
• Acceptance of a quotation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Work will only commence after the required payment has been received.

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• The required payment has been received.
• Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. has accepted the booking.
• Any requested documentation has been completed.

Until these steps have been completed, dates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Event Planning & Event Styling

• A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event booking.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before the event date.

Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the due date may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Festive Styling

• All festive styling projects require 100% payment before installation begins.
• Installation dates cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

Luxury Gifting

Full payment is required before procurement, curation, personalisation, production or fulfilment begins for all gifting orders.

Once procurement or production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be subject to the cancellation provisions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Any exception to this payment policy must be confirmed in writing by Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co.

Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. reserves the right to suspend procurement, production, planning, installation or delivery until all required payments have been received.

We offer consultation services designed to help clients create exceptional experiences.

Current consultation fees are:

• Event Consultation: ₦200,000
• Festive Styling Consultation: ₦150,000
• Luxury Gifting Consultation: Complimentary

Consultation fees:

• are non-refundable;
• may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice;
• will be credited towards the final project invoice should the client proceed with Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co.

Missed consultations or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new booking.

To help us deliver an exceptional experience, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Review and approve quotations, concepts and designs promptly.
• Meet agreed payment deadlines.
• Provide timely feedback where required.
• Ensure venue access is available at agreed times.
• Obtain any required permissions or approvals from venues or third parties.

Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete information or missed deadlines may affect project timelines and may result in additional costs.

Clients may request reasonable changes after a booking has been confirmed.

Where changes require additional planning, procurement, labour or logistics, additional charges and revised timelines may apply.

Some changes may not be possible once procurement, production or installation has commenced.

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced:

• payments already made are generally non-refundable;
• where appropriate and at Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co.'s sole discretion, up to 50% of eligible payments may be refunded after deducting costs already incurred, including planning, design, procurement, supplier commitments, labour, logistics and administrative expenses.

No refund will be issued for products or services that have already been completed, delivered or fully performed.

Many of our luxury products are sourced or created specifically for individual clients.

Lead times may vary depending on:

• manufacturing;
• supplier availability;
• international shipping;
• customs clearance;
• logistics providers;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we always aim to meet estimated timelines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Every Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. project is bespoke.

Mood boards, inspiration images, renderings, sketches and digital mock-ups are intended to communicate the agreed creative direction.

Final installations, gifting arrangements and styling may vary slightly due to venue conditions, product availability, seasonal materials, safety considerations or practical installation requirements while preserving the agreed overall concept, quality and aesthetic.

Unless a client specifically requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. reserves the right to photograph completed work and use such photographs for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing
• Editorial features
• Awards submissions
• Future promotional materials

We respect the privacy of our clients and will honour reasonable confidentiality requests.

All concepts and creative work produced by Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Concepts
• Proposals
• Mood boards
• Presentations
• Creative direction
• Designs
• Renderings
• Styling concepts
• Gifting concepts
• Written content
• Branding materials

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or shared with third parties without our prior written consent.

To deliver exceptional experiences, Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. may engage carefully selected independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to venues, caterers, florists, entertainers, photographers, transportation providers, printers, fabricators and logistics partners.

While we exercise reasonable care in selecting and coordinating these suppliers, they remain independent businesses responsible for their own products and services.

Accordingly:

• We cannot guarantee the performance of independent third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for delays, failures or omissions caused solely by third-party suppliers.
• Where issues arise, we will make every reasonable effort to assist clients in achieving a practical resolution.

Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These include but are not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Flooding
• Fire
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Industrial action
• Public health emergencies
• Power failures
• Transportation disruptions
• Supplier failures
• Customs delays
• Acts of God
• Any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, we will work with clients to identify suitable alternatives or revised timelines.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services purchased from Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co., except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The information on this website is provided for general information and inspiration.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, imagery or availability will always remain current.

We reserve the right to update website content without prior notice.

At Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co., we value professionalism, mutual respect and constructive communication.

Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties agree to consider mediation or another mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution before commencing formal legal proceedings, except where urgent legal remedies are required.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from exercising any legal rights available under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where alternative resolution is unsuccessful or inappropriate.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
