The ranges above are guidance, not fixed packages. Final investment is shaped by the scale of the space, the quality and volume of materials, custom fabrication, sourcing and the complexity of installation.

Every project is quoted individually following consultation, so you always know precisely what your investment covers.

A Festive Styling Consultation is ₦150,000, credited in full toward your final project should you proceed with us.

Festive Styling Tours 2026

We travel in defined installation windows each season. Early booking is strongly recommended, as tour dates and team capacity are limited.

Lagos

1 November – 20 December 2026

Our primary festive styling season operates from Lagos, with residential, corporate and commercial installations available subject to capacity.

Abuja

16–22 November 2026

A limited number of residential and corporate festive styling appointments will be available during our Abuja tour.

Eastern Nigeria

17–20 December 2026

A limited number of festive styling appointments will be available during our Eastern Nigeria tour.

We accept a limited number of projects at a time to preserve the level of attention each experience requires.

Frequently asked

How is the procurement fee calculated?
The fee is progressive. The first ₦1,000,000 of décor spend is charged at 25%, the next ₦2,000,000 at 20%, and any spend above ₦3,000,000 at 15%. The fee is never applied as a flat percentage across the full amount.
What does the procurement fee cover?
It covers sourcing, curation, selection and procurement management for trees, ornaments and festive pieces chosen for your space. Décor purchases, delivery, shipping, customs, duties and project-specific logistics are charged separately.
Is there a minimum procurement fee?
Yes. The minimum procurement fee is ₦150,000, applied when the calculated progressive fee falls below this amount.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Your enquiry is personally reviewed by our Concierge team. We typically respond within one business day to confirm availability, discuss your brief and outline the next steps, including a consultation if suitable.
When is my installation date secured?
Availability is secured only for confirmed and fully paid bookings. Tour dates and team capacity are limited, so early booking is strongly recommended.
Do you dismantle and store the décor after Christmas?
Yes. Our professional takedown and storage service carefully dismantles, wraps and boxes your festive pieces at the close of the season. This is quoted from ₦120,000 depending on scale.
